You will report to Benjamin James, Sales Director of New Business, and be based at our Malmö HQ. We also welcome commuters from Copenhagen who can join us in the office regularly to collaborate in person. You’ll join a team that thrives on #teamwins, working closely with our Senior Account Executives to co-create the outbound strategies and high-impact opportunities that define our future growth.
So what’s the role about? 🚀
This is a role for a strategic professional who thrives on acting as a trusted partner to inspiring mid-market customers across the Nordic and UK markets. You will combine account-based strategy, data-driven prospecting, outbound calling and highly personalized outreach to unlock opportunities in companies with established sales maturity. As this is a brand-new position, you will play a central part in defining our outbound strategies for these key regions, giving you a real opportunity to influence how GetAccept grows and succeeds. You won’t just book meetings - you will build a strategic pipeline that fuels revenue growth.
Owning and executing account-based strategies for strategic mid-market accounts with 30+ sales reps or over $50M in revenue.
Mapping and engaging senior stakeholders like VP Sales, CROs, and RevOps to initiate meaningful, value-driven connections.
Building highly personalized outreach using video, social channels, and AI-powered tools to stand out and offer fresh perspectives to our prospects.
Acting as a senior voice in the team, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to a culture of outbound excellence.
Partnering closely with Senior Account Executives to turn complex opportunities into a high-value, sustainable pipeline.

Who are you? 🤗
You are a strategic thinker with a high degree of ownership and a genuine passion for the commercial growth of both GetAccept and our customers. You enjoy collaborating with senior decision-makers and have the drive needed to succeed in long-term outbound sales. You are curious about how AI can make your workflow more effective and you love the idea of building a role from the ground up.
Minimum 3 years of outbound B2B sales experience, ideally within a SaaS or Tech environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven success in generating outbound pipeline within mid-market or upper mid-market (500+ employees).
Experience leveraging AI tools in your daily work to drive results and increase performance.
Fluency in English, writing and speaking.
Preferred
Experience working with the UK Market.
Proficiency in an additional Nordic language.
Experience with Account-Based Marketing methodologies and navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
