The role and your future team 🚀
As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll become our in-house GetAccept expert. You will use your technical proficiency and business insight to advise customers and partners, ensuring our platform aligns perfectly with their business goals.
Strategic impact: You will play a key role in the pre-sales process for our most technical and complex cases, while also leading the implementation of your designed solutions to drive our upmarket growth.
Collaboration is key: This is a customer-centric position where you’ll work closely with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to understand our roadmap, technical capabilities, and constraints.
Your team: You’ll join our talented Solutions Engineering team within the Customer Success department. You will work with highly engaged people who believe in our product and move fast to find scalable solutions.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate and demonstrate: Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and design value-adding solutions.
Provide expertise: Act as the technical authority throughout the entire sales and implementation cycle.
Influence the product: Provide direct insights to our R&D team to help shape product development and the future roadmap.
Enable the team: Collaborate with Sales and CS to identify knowledge gaps and lead initiatives to improve our internal skill sets.
Stay ahead: Keep up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and the SaaS tech ecosystem.
Travel: Occasionally travel to meet with our customers and partners in person.

Is it you we are looking for?🤩
If you’ve read this far with a smile on your face, chances are pretty good we’re a perfect match! We would really love it if you identify with the following:
5+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or consulting, ideally within B2B SaaS.
Technical depth: A solid understanding of software, APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
Ecosystem expertise: Experience with major platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Business mindset: Ability to translate technical features into customer value, ROI, and strategic solutions.
Collaboration skills: Proven ability to drive co-selling, technical enablement, and implementation alongside product and sales teams.
Communication: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swedish is a strong merit.
Most importantly; you are passionate about what you do and have a humble and curious mindset!
