So what’s the role about? 🚀

As a Senior Software Engineer, your mission is to design, build, and scale core parts of our #1 AI Digital Sales Room. In this role, you get to look beyond just the code quality, you will focus on the complete picture and the actual customer problem. You will enjoy the variety of taking full ownership, from the initial idea until the code is successfully shipped to production. It is a highly rewarding challenge where you get to influence the total solution, collaborate with your team, and see the direct impact of your work on our users. You are expected to understand our customers by actively getting feedback from them in order to create the best experience possible.

You will:

• Own features end-to-end. From talking to customers and shaping the solution, to shipping and iterating in production

• Use AI as a force multiplier, both in how you build and in what you build for our users

• Build fullstack in Typescript across our platform in Vue and Node. Infrastructure is built with AWS and kubernetes

• Drive continuous improvement and challenge us, the industry, and yourself fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth

Who are you? 🤗

You are an autonomous, deeply curious, and passionate engineer who takes pride in building great products using cutting-edge technologies. You will not just write code, you will dive deep into understanding our customers needs to ensure our product is as impactful and seamless as possible. As an autonomous engineer, you will lead the way in experimenting with AI-driven development tools, finding smarter ways to build software, and sharing that knowledge to elevate the entire engineering team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a relevant field, or equivalent practical work experience

• Engineering experience +5 years building great products, with a focus on fullstack development and comfort working across the entire tech stack, including end to end responsibility with customer interaction

• A strong track record of building with, experimenting with, or integrating AI-driven tools and frameworks

• Fluency in English, writing and speaking

Preferred

• You have experience driving projects independently, and balancing multiple priorities with a strong commercial mindset

• Experience within SaaS, AI or fast-paced B2B tech environments
