So what's the role about? 🚀
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our US team and focus on customer onboarding, retention and growth. As a customer success manager, you will:
- Lead exceptional customer onboarding to drive rapid adoption and high engagement, ensuring customers maximize their investment in GetAccept.
- Educate customers on best practices through quarterly business reviews centered on ROI and identifying new opportunities to deliver additional value to customers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer goals and guiding them to success with our platform throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, and other teams to enhance the customer experience and continuously improve our offerings.
- Own expansion opportunities by identifying growth potential within existing accounts and achieving a sales target.

As a US customer success manager, you will be a part of our close-knit NYC based sales team and work closely with a global team of customer success managers and account managers. You will also get to collaborate with different global teams, including product, support and more. Ali Khaleel Ali, Head of Sales US, will be your direct manager and take an important role in your personal development!

Is it you we are looking for? 🤩
- 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a customer-facing role(s), preferably in tech/SaaS.
- Has a deep understanding of and takes great interest in customer’s eco-systems such as CRM, document platforms, signing processes etc.
- Possess technical interest with a big passion for customer success.
- Highly organized; can manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently & effectively.
- Experience in project management.
