As Key Customer Developer you will be a key player in developing and managing our existing large accounts. The role is brand new and will be a very important role in our growth. You will belong to our Enterprise Squad in Stockholm and you will work closely with the Enterprise Account Executive, Business Development Representative, Customer Engagement Manager and your closest Manager Jonas Elmqvist, Regional Sales Director. Teamwork and collaboration within the squad is crucial for our success. As we grow you will be part of an internal Key Customer Developer network in the other countries as well, in order to share best practice.


  • Develop and maintain existing Key Customer relationships
  • Engage and develop a strong network with key influencers within the customer community
  • Challenge customers with your deep understanding of their business; push their thinking and take control of the sales conversation
  • Take full ownership of all of the commercial dialogues
  • Participate in Purchasing negotiations
  • Participate in Quarterly business reviews
  • Arrange best practice sessions

  • Several years of experience from complex B2B sales
  • Experience working with SaaS, software or IT
  • Experience working with mid-market and/or Enterprise customers
  • Excellent track record growing customers and preventing churn
  • Fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing

It is a plus if you

  • Have experience from SaaS/Software sales processes with multiple stakeholders, legal discussions as well as RFP:s
  • Have an Academic background, minimum Bachelor degree
