Talent Acquisition Manager

At GetAccept we have an aggressive growth plan and now we need a Talent Acquisition Manager that can help us attract and hire the very best new coworkers in various sales, tech and operations roles all over Europe. We are looking for an experienced recruiter who will work together with our managers to find our next superstars.
- Drive the recruitment process end to end in collaboration with recruiting managers mapping qualifications, posting job adverts, evaluating applications, doing search, interviewing, reference taking and providing recommendations for final candidates.
- Work with internal departments and management on the long term talent acquisition strategy.
- Contribute to the development of social and digital recruitment processes to attract the best candidates.
For the right candidate there will be a big growth potential and other HR related opportunities to develop into.
Most likely, you:
- have at least 2 years of experience from recruitment.
- have knowledge from recruiting through values, competence and potential and using social and digital recruitment.
- are comfortable with rapidly changing environment - we're growing fast and we expect you to be able to keep up
- are fluent in Swedish and in English – other Nordic languages is a plus!
