Finland - here we come!


Our new office in Helsinki, Finland will open during 2019 and we are looking for a Country Sales Director and/or Account Executive to lead the way. If you want to join a young, but experienced team with a “just do it”-mentality that aims for the stars – then you are the right person to apply.

GetAccept is a San Francisco-based company with our roots in the Nordics. During the last two years, we have been building a solid customer base with customers in over 50 countries and are now expanding our business further into Finland. You will be among first employees in Finland and therefore also very important for the team. We are looking for the best sales talents with excellent track record and an infinite hunger to learn.

During your first 6 months with us, you will spend at least 1 week per month at our Swedish offices in Malmö and Stockholm where you will learn the skills sets, product capabilities as well as getting to know your new colleagues and our company culture. 

Back in Finland, you will work from our new office which you will be responsible for setting up.

This is a unique role where your personal and professional qualities will grow tremendously and only you will decide the limits. Our team always works hard to reach our goals and we love to celebrate our wins together as a team.


Responsibilities

  • Explore market opportunities with GetAccept and identify great sales leads, utilizing existing customer base and partners in the region.
  • Get in touch with CEO's, CCO's and Sales Directors by phone, email and through social media to help grow sales using GetAccept.
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings and present GetAccept in a way that the client sees the benefits based on their needs and specific business challenges
  • Be active and meet your monthly activity and sales targets
  • Help develop our sales process and measure its effectiveness in Finland
  • Together with your team work and improve our strategies in order to become the market leader in Finland
  • Set up, grow and lead our team in Finland during 2019


Skills & Requirements

  • A native Finnish speaker, fluent in English
  • HBO/University degree (any discipline)
  • 5+ years experience within B2B sales
  • 3+ Management with staff liability experience
  • A doer who get-things-done
  • Result-oriented approach
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on mentality
  • Prior knowledge of SaaS-business is a plus 
  • Knowledge of CRM:s such as SuperOffice, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Hubspot is a plus
  • Hunger to learn and apply the GetAccept Sales Methodology
