You will handle incoming user requests through our in-app, phone and email, and navigate the user to the solution of the issue.
You will report bugs and product improvements to the development team & keep the customer informed during the process.
You will work in a sales oriented environment and should be able to "think out of the box" and have a business-mindset combined with maniac problem solving skills.
You are probably in the beginning of your career, but have a clear interest for customer support, sales, marketing and IT/tech.
You will have the possibility to grew with the company – taking on new challenges and roles in the future.
The ideal candidate will have experience from Intercom and a couple of years’ experience from customer support, however the personality and ambitions are far more important.
