You will handle incoming user requests through our in-app chat, phone and email, and navigate the user to the solution of the issue.
You will report bugs and product improvements to the development team & keep the customer informed during the process.
You will work in a sales oriented environment and should have a business-mindset, maniac problem solving skills and know how to communicate efficiently and professionally with customers. You have a clear interest for customer support, sales, marketing and IT/tech.
You will have the possibility to grew with the company – taking on new challenges and roles in the future.
The ideal candidate will have experience from Intercom and a couple of years’ experience from customer support preferably in the tech industry however the personality and ambitions are far more important.
