It is the absolute foundation to our growth, lead generation and overall future success. This is where you come in. As a Customer Success Manager you are responsible for developing and maintaining existing customer relationships. You will work closely with our Sales-, Product- and Support team to maximize customer satisfaction and overall happiness with our product. The role reports to our International Sales Manager.
You are a team player that probably has a couple of years’ experience of successful sales in the IT/tech-area. You will work in a customer oriented environment and should be able to "think out of the box" and have a business-mindset. You have experience within customer service and probably a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or equivalent.
You have deep understanding and/or interest of our customer’s echo-systems such as CRM, marketing automation- and document platforms. You will help to develop and maintain our customer success strategy and processes – while still operating closely with customers on a day-to-day basis. You love to create ambassadors, ensuring that customer success stories are spread throughout the organization.
