As a Sales Operations Representative, you will work alongside our French sales team and work together with our sales operations team in Malmö, together with our Sales Operations Manager Adam Wenhov. You will work with managers and representatives from our global sales team but also collaborate cross-functionally with all departments such as marketing, finance, and operations. Overall - highly engaged and passionate people who truly believe in our product and business!
We want to give you an opportunity to learn, get experience, and meet skilled people within your field of study, but also share your ideas and thoughts with us to be able to contribute to our journey! As a Sales Operations Intern, your mission is to facilitate and improve the data in our CRM, helping us to work smarter and contribute to making us an even more data-driven company! The role is full-time during your school’s internship period with the flexibility to combine school and work when needed.
This is what you will do:
Ensure data in the CRM is entered accurately and timely
Create prospecting filters and distribute leads to our sales reps globally
Find improvements in the CRM and data processes, initiate projects, and drive business change
Support in other vital projects
Take more ownership of CRM processes and sales operations-related tasks and tools over time
Learning and growing alongside experienced sales operations professionals.

Is it you we are looking for?
You are currently studying in a business or engineering school within a subject such as sales, information systems, or business analysis. Besides being passionate about sales, you also preferably have an interest in processes, data, and analytics.
Strong analytical skills, basic experience with data analysis but most importantly - a quick learner.
Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
Fluent in English.
It is also preferred if you have the following:
A genuine interest in the technology industry
Previous experience working in sales, doing internships or extracurricular activities
Basic understanding of CRM, sales, and SaaS
Most importantly; you are passionate about what you do and eager to grow within your field!
