Your future at GetAccept
As Sales Operations Coordinator you will be a part of our sales operations team and work closely together with our Sales Operations Manager Adam Wenhov. In your role, you will work closely with both Sales Managers, Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives from our global sales teams. All in all - highly engaged and passionate people who truly believe in our product and business!
As our new Sales Operations Coordinator, your mission is to facilitate and improve the data in our CRM and be the first player in building up a central leads distribution hub. You will play an important part in ensuring that our sales reps are distributed with the best possible leads and data on our mission towards world domination as the number one sales platform in all B2B business!🤩🌍
This is what you will do:
- Ensure the data in the CRM is entered accurately and timely
- Distribute leads on a weekly basis to our global sales team by mastering the CRM and other key prospecting tools
- Find improvements in the CRM and data processes, initiate projects and drive business change
- Support in other key projects
- Take more ownership of CRM processes and sales operations related tasks over time

Is it you we are looking for?
- You are passionate about sales and have an interest in the processes, data and analytics that creates efficient sales teams
- You are a curious and thorough person with a genuine interest in the technology industry
- Strong analytical skills, basic experience with data analysis but most importantly - a quick learner
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic understanding of CRM, sales and SaaS. Experience in Hubspot is a plus, not a must!
- Fluent in English
