Your team 👨👩👧👦
You will be part of our close-knitted Enterprise team focusing on + 5 000 employee organisations. This specialised team consist of various talents; a Solutions Engineer, Business Development Representative, Customer Engagement Manager and Key Account Manager. Your closest leader will be Jason Baskaran, Sales Director Enterprise & KAM.
The team is located in Malmö and Oslo and you are able to work from any of our offices - we're global! You will collaborate with our Country Managers and Sales Directors in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and France and also work closely with our founders and key stakeholders from different departments to create success together!
Your future at GetAccept
Your primary focus will be our Enterprise customers in Europe. During the first months in your role you will focus on new business with a selection of hand-picked existing clients to manage, develop and grow. There is the possibility to develop into a KAM role. What your days will consist of:
- Prospect qualification, initiate and drive activities that create new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
- Ongoing account management to ensure that our customers are satisfied, up-selling and cross-selling
- Be creative in your use of digital selling - be compelling through video, LinkedIn, CRM and of course GetAccept
- Use your network to promote GetAccept and build awareness and opportunities
- Conjure creative ways to sell and engage with prospects and customers effectively
- Use the world's best online sales platform from a first meeting to closed deal
- Collaborate closely with your own and other sales teams, as well as Marketing and Operations - team wins!
Who are you?
- +2 years of B2B sales experience gained within solution oriented sales, preferable within tech or software
- A self-starter with a track record of successful lead follow up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization
- Can keep high activity and motivate yourself
