Your future at GetAccept
The purpose of the role as Head of Sales Development is to lead and develop the Sales Development team consisting of Business Development Representatives and Sales Development Representatives. This team is responsible for the majority of the pipe creation within the EU and therefore a crucial part to our future success! 💥
What your days will consist of:
- Being a passionate GetAccepter who inspires others to do their best in order for us to reach our vision
- Manage our centralised SDR/BDR team and making sure that your team members have the right prerequisites to perform high as a team
- Coaching your team members in their sales processes, with everything from call tactics and email content creation to social media strategies
- Developing the sales development processes and ways of working, together with Sales Ops
- Set and follow up on team OKRs & KPIs - we love to be data driven!
- Research SDR best practices and improve our processes based on our needs in the different markets
- Collaborate with management and HR to find and onboard the best talents in the region

Who are you?
- Several years of experience in sales (cold outreaches specifically), with great performance
- Strong knowledge within the early stages of the sales process and its best practices (preferably tech - but not a must)
- Known for your ways of communicating in a clear and passionate way
- Extensive coaching skills - developing the team is your main focus 🤗
